Sourcing & Quality
Careful sourcing.Clear specifications.
As a merchant exporter, our value lies in choosing the right manufacturing partners and managing every requirement between your order and the shipment.

Quality starts with who you source from.
Supplier verification
Before recommending any manufacturer we look at business registration, food-safety licences held, production setup and ability to meet your volumes. Findings are shared openly with you.
Product specifications
We translate your requirements into a written specification — ingredients, particle size, moisture, packaging and label content — that both buyer and supplier sign off.
Export documentation
Invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and any additional documents your importer or destination authority requests, coordinated per shipment.
How an order moves
Six steps from enquiry to export.
- Step 01
Understand your requirement
Blend, flavour profile, volume, packaging, labelling and destination-market rules.
- Step 02
Identify & verify suppliers
We shortlist suitable manufacturers and review their registrations, facilities and capability.
- Step 03
Agree the specification
Composition, physical parameters, packaging and labels are documented and confirmed.
- Step 04
Samples & testing
Samples for your evaluation. Third-party laboratory testing can be arranged on request.
- Step 05
Order & pre-shipment checks
Production is followed up against the agreed specification before dispatch.
- Step 06
Export documentation
Commercial and shipping documents prepared as required for each consignment.
Our commitment
We only share certifications, test reports and capacity figures that a specific supplier can document. If a requirement cannot be confirmed, we will tell you before you commit.
